Welcome to Seville - A Fine Place to Live

An unexpected pleasure awaits as you drive into Seville Condominiums.

This Spanish themed development nestles in an abundance of Florida live oaks - draped in smoky gray Spanish moss, and several acres of open parkland and orange grove. An oasis of tranquility right in the middle of it all!

Seville Condominiums are situated in central Pinellas County with easy access north, and south on US 19, and east and west in SR 60 - Gulf to Bay Boulevard; with onward links to Interstate 4 and Interstate 75.

  • Pristine Gulf beaches are a few miles to the west and south; including the award winning Fort DeSoto county park.
  • Tampa International Airport 14 miles to the east.
  • Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport 10 miles southeast.
  • Abundant open and private Golf Courses in close proximity.
  • The Pinellas Trail - reserved for pedestrian activities - runs the complete length of the county, north to south.
  • Ample and varied shopping and leisure facilities within an easy drive; the recently opened Clearwater Mall, with a full complement of stores is within walking distance!
  • Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority, PSTA, provide frequent and convenient service to all parts of Pinellas Country with links to Tampa and the Gulf Beaches’ Jolly Trolley service.

The original development on Seville was started in the late 1960s on land that was once a peacock farm; one of the earliest “tourist attractions” in Florida - long before Disney and other theme parks!

Seville Condos

Nine solidly-built, Spanish-style buildings with open-plan courtyards, and each standing on its own landscaped property, offer a choice of one, two, and three bedroom residences, ranging from 1000 to 1600 sq ft; all with integral balconies or patios.

Each building is self-governed by a resident-elected Board of Directors; many use third-party Management Companies to control day-to-day financial, legal and maintenance issues. In general all units are owner occupied, however most associations have strict rules that restrict tenants to a minimum 12 months rental.

Buildings have one or two elevators, depending on the number of floors, and a communal laundry room fully equipped with industrial washer and dryers.

Common Amenities
Seville Condominiums include a full facility recreation facility; a full-sized gated and winter-heated swimming pool, with changing rooms and an exercise room; and separate poolroom, card room, and various recreation and meeting rooms.
All recreation facilities are accessible only by residents’ personal security key, with posted hours determined by the activity.
The main Recreation Hall, with ample adjacent parking, can accommodate up to 135 people and is used for association functions; it is also available for rental by Seville residents for weddings, parties and other private functions.

Common area; landscaped grounds and mature trees provide the backdrop for the quiet community atmosphere that is an integral part of the Seville Condominium lifestyle. And for those with a flair for outdoor activities, a full size Shuffle Board court nestles in the shade of the oaks and orange trees.

The Residents and Owners Association, consisting of a volunteer board of representatives from each building, manage and maintain the common amenities. The RO is financed by monthly funds from each building; which are calculated depending on the number of residential units in each building.

The active Women of Seville, run by volunteers, organizes many regular activities and seasonal events that are open to all residents.
